I have heard it said that confession is good for the soul. I’m not sure where that saying came from, but in most cases I believe it is a true statement. We, who are Christians, are even instructed in James 5:16 to “confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.” That sounds good! Healing, in its various forms, is something most of us could use. So, here goes, my confession.
