Gumbo Fest returns

The Town of Grayson welcomed the return of the Gumbo Fest on Saturday, after last year’s festival was cancelled due to COVID-19. The festival is the towns main fundraiser and those funds are important in helping maintain the towns annual obligations. The gumbo was plenty as visitors enjoyed both regular and seafood gumbo, desserts and drinks. There were several vendors available sharing their products and services, along with members of the Okmulgee County Democrats.
