I was working weekends at a gas station. I went to work in the afternoon and worked till 11 at night. That meant that I couldn’t attend church on Sunday evenings. It was a situation that wasn’t very satisfying or joy-producing for me. One hope still stood before me though, summer was about to end and very soon I would be moving out of state to attend college.
