And a good time was had by all! Sounds like the end of a story, doesn’t it? But it’s not, just the beginning to the end. Tuesday’s Okmulgee Lions Club meeting was not a program at all, but rather our almost-semi-annual Pancake Day. The last several pancake days have been cancelled due to the pandemic, but I don’t think we Lions really realized how much we’ve missed serving these pancake days until the crowds began assembling. And I think the same thoughts were “thunk” by all those who attended. It was almost like an old time family reunion, without the Hatfield-McCoy emphasis.
