The Cultural Center & Archives Department, along with the Creek Nation Council House, is holding their Light Up Council House Square event. This week, Muscogee Nation departments and community organizations are decorating trees around the Council House lawn. Those participating are providing their own tree, stand and decorations and lights. Electricity and signage are provided for those who have signed up in advance. All trees must be completed by Friday at 5 p.m. Pictured are some of the trees already in place. Wednesday afternoon, Green Country Technology Center employees helped decorate their tree with ornaments from each of the school’s programs. MELISSA HEMINOVER
