January is a time when many people make resolutions for the new year. I may be a little late with this column, but I thought I would tackle one that is fairly common. Making the new year for a new healthier you. You vow to eat right, workout more, etc. BUT if you don’t do it right, you won’t see any benefits from it and you end up discouraged and quitting. It happens to most of us, right?
