Tuesday’s Okmulgee Lions Club program was scheduled to be given by Chad Warmington, Executive Director of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce, but with a wary eye toward possible snow for the Oklahoma City area. The snow didn’t arrive but an early morning e-mail did, advising that Warmington had been scheduled to lead a hastily-called meeting Tuesday morning, which would prevent him from arriving at the scheduled time.
