Last Friday, as I tried to load a rental rug cleaner in my car, I was blessed with assistance from “one of Okmulgee’s finest.” David Dever and his wife came over and lifted the machine into my vehicle. Immediately, black water flooded the car and David removed the machine and emptied the filth left in the machine by the previous renter.
