And a good time was had by all. Kind of sounds like the end of a fairy tale (like the tooth fairy), but rather than leaving a treat under your pillow, the Okmulgee Lions Club wants to ensure good vision for a lifetime. Our Kidsight program chairman, Beth Flud, being a former teacher and coach, her calling is geared toward our youth, this time Wilson Public School Pre-K through 6th grade. The team screened 101 students, with 29 referrals to be checked out by the families. The Lions are so thankful they are able to provide this free service to our community kids so they can go through life with good vision.
