If you are a registered voter living within the city limits of Okmulgee, you are eligible to vote on the renewal of PSO’s electric franchise with the City of Okmulgee. The franchise renewal vote will be held from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8. The franchise gives us permission to use the streets and alleys in Okmulgee to provide electric service to our customers and enables us to make new capital investments in our electric system while maintaining our existing facilities.
