Dinner So Easy

So you all know I like to go looking at the National Days to create my column. Well, I checked November and every Friday this month was dessert related except one. Well, I am kinda desserted out so I am not doing that this month. Plus December always brings lots more sugar, so NO. When I thought about what I wanted to do this week (AND realizing I would have to cook after the Halloween events Monday) I wanted something that wasn’t going to take a lot of time or many dishes. So, I went with super easy and something that would only take one or two dishes to make it.
