Hazel Janell Sullins was born October 19, 1939, in Okmulgee. She was born to Jesse Edward Sullins and Norma Lee Powers (Sullins). She was one of 14 children. She is survived by her brothers Lester Warren and (Sonny) Sullins of Bells, Texas; Phillip Ray Sullins of Okmulgee; and her baby sister Rowena Joy Pomeroy of Muskogee, and husband, Don. Hazel is also survived by her daughter, Karla Reed and husband Charles, of Okmulgee; and sons Mike Bridges of Rugby, England, United Kingdom, and Lance Bridges and wife Diana of Baron; as well as Robert Hagelberg, Jr. and wife Pelaiah, of Tulsa; along with grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
