Tuesday was a prime example of why I try not to schedule out-of-town programs for January and February, because we never know what the weather might bring. And, sure enough, true to its calling, it brought us a cancellation of our original program of the Oklahoma Lions Eye Bank. Mother Nature might have won the battle but she, sure as shootin’, didn’t win the war.
