Okmulgee County Animal Owner Surrenders Increase: True or Not True?

The Okmulgee County Humane Society has seen an increase in owner surrenders. Frankly, we didn’t understand the influx. While we were asking, “What’s with all of these owner surrenders,” many of our Facebook followers were asking us the same question.
