I write this with great sorrow for a community that has given me 110% support over the last ten years. Due to my health and inability to function at full capacity, along with the inability to trust the leadership of this county, I am resigning, effective immediately, from employment with Okmulgee County - as Director of Emergency Management, Floodplain Administrator, Safety Director, and Director of 911 Communications. This will allow for a slower, less stressful life, with family and church family.
