This is related to the lawsuits against pharmaceutical chain participants of opioid prescription drugs.
Sheriff Rice announced the recent passing of Bobby Stidman, who served for many years as part of the Sheriff ’s Office Mounted Patrol. His funeral service was held on Tuesday in Henryetta.
Assistant District Attorney Greg Stidham also informed the board about the upcoming jury term in June and shared concerns about construction noise that could affect the hearings.
Commissioner David Walker stated he had received a list of the dates for the hearings and he forwarded those to the construction team, so there will be no work done on those designated dates.
