Okmulgee and Morris events offering variety
The annual Okmulgee FFA Spring Plant Sale starts today for all you lovers of greenery!
The sale will be held at the Okmulgee AgEd building, 610 N. Central Ave., and will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and Saturday. Cash or check only will be accepted.
Plant varieties include aloe vera, bell peppers, Coleus, Monstera, Germaniums, Begonias, herbs, succulents, cacti, ferns, Philodendrons, tomatoes, hanging baskets, Schefflera and combo baskets.
Proceeds raised from this sale are used to provide the Okmulgee Agricultural Education students and FFA members with classroom and lab- oratory materials, and other program expenses throughout the year.

– Morris FFA will hold their annual Plant Sale Saturday, April 22, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Morris High School Ag Building, located on 6th Street across from the elementary school. The event will feature beautiful hanging baskets, tomatoes, peppers, succulents and Boston Ferns. Students have been working hard to get the plants ready for the event.
