It was an evening of fun, salsa, food and music as the Okmulgee Young Professionals held their second Cinco de Mayo event in downtown. The highlight of the event will be the salsa contest, with the judges having a hard decision to make on the best. Clearview Baptist’s Kids Zone was a huge hit with families where there were plenty of activities. A car show showcased a variety of automobiles and motorcycles.Thanks to the partners in this event with their donations of the raffle prize, Salsa Contest trophy, event supplies and event entertainment. Partners include Drew Santine State Farm, Hayden Sharp State Farm, Okmulgee Main Street, Tavern 56, Clearview Baptist Church, Lumber Jack Attack, Miss Mary’s Market and Schaudt’s Funeral Service.
