Have you ever attended a church revival at one of the “up-tempo” churches (Pentecostal- type), where the speaker is just “faunching at the bit” for his turn to take over the podium, and it seems like he can’t tell the entire message quickly enough? Well, had you attended Tuesday’s Okmulgee Lions Club meeting, you could have had a similar experience from our program, presented by Lynda Barksdale. WOW! What a message she delivered, and I believe I almost heard some whispered “Amens” from the Lions Club congregation.
