David William Adams, Jr. was born Friday, July 31, 1942, in Dallas, Texas to the late David W. Adams, Sr. and Grace E. Adams. He passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, in Collinsville.

A memorial service will be held by the family on Saturday, September 9, 2023, with Jon Robertson officiating at Restore Church of Okmulgee.
