Rep. Banning Visits OOCYS

State Representative Chris Banning recently visited the Okmulgee-Okfuskee County Youth Services (aka Anne Moroney) and spoke with the agency’s 180 program (First Time Offenders Program). Pictured from left are Portia Butler, Vicki Jones, Dr. Sherrie Carter-Greene, Rep. Banning, Mollye Mabrey and Amanda Thomas. Banning spoke about his life growing up and how important it is to know that everyone is human, and we all make mistakes. The team at Okmulgee-Okfuskee County Youth Services are extremely grateful he took time out of his busy schedule to speak with those in the program. The agency is a member of Oklahoma Rehabilitation Services.
