Harlie is the daughter of Charlie Smith and Lynn Leffew and Shelli Smith and Jason Benavidez, and the sister of Quila, Kylie, Devon, Nate, Kinzie, Brayden, Ryan, Jasey and Charlie. Her grandparents are Alberta Emerson, Jerry Emerson and Verna Schauf. While at Morris, she has been on the cheer squad that received regional runner up in 2022 and a 2x cheer state qualifier. Her future plans are to attend TCC and become an ultrasound technician.

She is the granddaughter of Doug & Delores Dibble and Dovie and the late Edward Sullins. She is the baby sister of Lisa, Alex and Jamie. Erica has attended Morris schools since pre-k. She has been involved in band since 5th grade and has been in color guard, winter guard, and drama through high school. Erica is a member of the Morris First United Methodist Church where she enjoys being part of mission trips and singing in the choir. She plans to attend UCO after high school and will major in performing theater.
