Members of Aglow International, a women’s ministry organization with chapters around the world, held a prayer gathering last week at the Deep Fork River Bridge for the families of the ‘Okmulgee Four,’ the men that were killed in Oct. 2022. Sheryl Chapman, a local Aglow member, and Donna Drake, Oklahoma Aglow Prayer Coordinator, provided flowers and cleansing salts to be tossed into the water in as an act of purification and allowed space for the families and members of the community to remember and honor the victims of last year’s tragic events.
