Opal Jane Smith died October 19, 2023, in Henryetta. She was born on January 7, 1953, in Talihina to Margrette (Fish) and Charles Wright.

Viewing and visitation with family was from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, October, 24, 2023, at Integrity Funeral Service.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
