Roll call of members is given, Pledge of Allegiance is said and the opening invocation spoken. Council motion, votes and approvals given on the previous months minutes and claims (invoices/ bills). On to the order of business and the first item on the agenda, a consideration to vote and approve a resolution (commitment/decision to take a particular action) calling for election for Councilmembers Ward 3 and Ward 4.
