Downtown Okmulgee was busy Tuesday despite the cold weather as residents and families came out for Okmulgee Main Street’s Scare on the Square. In addition to those handing out treats around the downtown area, there was also a costume contest which brought out many unique and frightening ones, including this young one above playing the part perfectly.
