Community meeting addresses county fentanyl problem

Okmulgee County residents gathered at First Baptist Church last Thursday for an educational meeting aimed at addressing the alarming rise in fentanyl addiction and overdoses. The event, featured speakers Ric Sturman, LPN with the Muscogee Creek Nation MAT, and his partner Billy, a peer recovery support specialist boasting over 22 years of sobriety.
