The Okmulgee County Republicans meet the second Tuesday of each month at the Okmulgee American Legion Post 10, 730 W. 6th Street. The business meeting for registered Republicans begins at 6 p.m. and the general meeting, which is open to the public, begins at 6:30 p.m.

The Okmulgee County Democrats meet the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. at the OSUIT Student Union, 1801 E. 4th St. in Okmulgee.
NAACP Meetings |
The Okmulgee NAACP Chapter meets the first Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at St. Matthews Baptist Church, 1001 E. Chicago in Okmulgee. The meetings are open to the public.
Nazarene Church Alpha Project | Beginning Oct. 16 for only nine weeks, the Alpha Project, sponsored by First Church of the Nazarene, will meet at Midge & Millie’s Book Store from 6:30-8 p.m. each Monday with a series of videos and group conversations in a friendly environment. It will be a place to connect with people where you can say anything you like or nothing at all, no matter your background or beliefs. Everyone is welcome to share their thoughts or hear from others and enjoy a provided snack. Midge & Millie’s is located at 813 E. 6th St. in Okmulgee.
EODD Utility Assistance | Utility Assistance is available at EODD Area Agency on Aging to seniors ages 55+. If you live in Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Okmulgee, Sequoyah or Wagoner County, call 918682-7891 and ask for the Masonic Grant Application. One service is available every two years.
The Food Pharmacy | The Dunbar All-School Alumni announces The Food Pharmacy, Helping Healing Hunger for those in Need. The event will be held the first and third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Dunbar Community Center, 420 E. 2nd St. in Okmulgee. American Legion Coffee | American Legion Post 10 serves coffee each Saturday
