Larry Gene Kane

April 2, 1953 – January 24, 2024

Larry G. Kane, longtime Okmulgee County resident, passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 70, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Okmulgee on April 2, 1953, to Gordon and Mary Ann (Checote) Kane.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Pam of the home; children Robert Kane and wife DeeAnndra, Patrick Rivera and wife Dawn; brother Donnie Kane; grandchildren Hailey Rivera, JayDean Mason, Erik Kane, Joseph Kane, Dawson Finely and Kennedie Finely.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2024, at Nuyaka Baptist Church, with Rev. David Hamilton officiating.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos, and videos may be shared with the family on Larry’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon-winters.com.
