Phyllis Cazenave Perkins, 58, receptionist for Okmulgee Public Schools and resident of Edmond, formerly of Okmulgee, died March 23,

2024, in her home surrounded by family.

Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March

30, 2024, at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Baptist Church,

1001 E. Chicago Street in Okmulgee, with Pastor McKinley Rice delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow at Lady of Grace Cemetery in Okmulgee. There will be no public visitation. The family has been cared for by House of Winn – Okmulgee.
