The Biannual Meeting of the Membership of the Okmulgee Community Garden Corporation will be held Thursday, June 27, at the Fairgrounds Meeting Room at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to: • Carry out the general business activity

• Approve the minutes

• Receive financial reports

• Receive the Executive Director report • Receive the Chairman’s report

• Elect three new board members The Nomination Committee has chosen a slate of four people to run for the board: Kay Rabbitt-Brower, Dawn Carter, Billy Hannon and Ann Alexander. They will open nominations from the floor and vote for three new board members.
