VFW Post 1189 recently placed 34 American flags along 6th Street in downtown Okmulgee for Memorial Day which are usually left in place until the 4th of July. According to the VFW Commander, there are only 12 remaining on the west end of 6th Street, leaving 22 flags unaccounted for. Information is sought on the missing flags.
