Floyd Smith, II was chosen to participate in the 2024 Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF). This organization, formed in 1996, cultivates executive talent among Black technology professionals. ITSMF’S Executive Academy is an intensely introspective and robust 8-week program where senior-level executives master their leadership mindset to create effective results through leadership at the enterprise level. Smith is an Information Technology executive with experience in cybersecurity, leadership, systems engineering and operations and compliance. He is presently the Senior Director of Identity Governance and Administration at McKesson Corporation, located in Irving, Texas. Smith has a passion for mentoring students and volunteering in his community. He is formerly of Okmulgee.
