On Aug. 9, the College of Muscogee Nation’s (CMN) Tribal Garden received a significant spotlight as the popular television show Oklahoma Gardening visited the campus. The show, which is widely celebrated among gardening enthusiasts across the state, chose CMN’s garden for its unique approach to integrating traditional and modern agricultural practices. I had the privilege of sitting down with Cortney Natseway, Extension Educator at CMN, and Chris Azbell, Extension Coordinator, to discuss the experience and the future of the garden.
