Voters in the Morris School District narrowly passed a 1.3 million school bond issue. The bond issue required a 60% of the vote to pass. It was approved 60.58% of the vote. Money was promised to be used to build an addition. The addition consisted of 10 new classrooms, new music room, office and meeting room and a new cafeteria capable of seating 400 students as well as the public.
