Chris Azbell, an Okmulgee citizen, member of the Muscogee Nation, and representative of the Okmulgee County Homeless Task Force, delivered a passionate presentation to the Okmulgee City Council. Speaking on behalf of the task force, Azbell highlighted the worsening housing crisis and proposed a series of urgent recommendations aimed at tackling homelessness in the community.
