Though the annual Okmulgee Pecan Festival had a different look and feel, many churches, civic organizations and youth groups from around the county joined together for the family day of fun at the Omniplex last Saturday. The weather was perfect for events such as cornhole, the car show and the Beard & Mustache Contest. Lots of familiar faces, fun opportunities, good information and food were available, and a big thanks to all who helped support and visited during the day.
