In a tough matchup last Thursday, the Morris Eagles suffered a bruising 47-0 defeat at the hands of the Spiro Bulldogs. The shutout was a difficult pill to swallow for the Eagles, whose struggles on both sides of the ball kept them from putting any points on the scoreboard. Spiro, on the other hand, was in full control throughout the game, dominating both offensively and defensively in what turned out to be a lopsided contest.
