The Boynton National Alumni Association will host a fish fry fundraiser this Saturday, Nov. 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Boynton Community Center, located at 55 W. Kenefick in Boynton.
The fish fry fundraiser will feature fried fish, coleslaw, french fries, dessert and a drink at $15 per person.
The Boynton National Alumni Association (BNAA) is dedicated to supporting the educational and historical legacy of Boynton, particularly through preserving Wheatley School’s history and fostering community ties. The upcoming benefit fundraiser will help fund scholarships and activities for youth and alumni.
BNAA has a mission rooted in service, supporting education and cultural preservation, especially for Boynton’s African American community. The organization hosts events like reunions and fundraisers, channeling proceeds to support educational scholarships and youth development.
The current leadership team, consisting of dedicated officers and board members, plays a significant role in managing these programs and upholding BNAA’s mission. For more on BNAA’s officers and mission, visit www.bnaaok.com/.
