A local man is facing drug charges after being arrested at a local casino in late November.
According to the court document obtained, Terry Nuckolls was detained on Nov. 28 at the One Fire Casino after a K-9 alerted to the presence of drugs at his vehicle.
During the investigation, one of the Muscogee Lighthorse office noticed a baggie in the front of the suspects pocket, the affidavit stated.
The contents were tested presumptive positive for Fentanyl.
Nuckolls was taken into custody and transported to the Okmulgee County Jail, where he was being held on a $25,000 bond for Trafficking of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Fentanyl).
His next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 12 in Okmulgee County District Court.
