November 10, 1931 – December 2, 2024

Patricia Louise (Gaither) Fowler, longtime resident of Salem, died December 2, 2024, in Okmulgee at the age of 93. She was born November 10, 1931, in Morris the third child of Thomas Alfred and Virginia Lucille (Baxendale) Gaither. Patricia worked as a teacher’s aide for 32 years in the Dewar Public Schools until her retirement in 1997.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at Dewar First Baptist Church, with Reverends Dale Huckabay, Matthew Fowler, Robert Fowler and Tommy Fowler Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home.
