Carolyn Charlene Wadsworth went to be with her Lord on Friday evening, December 6, 2024, in Tulsa at 75 years of age. Carolyn was born March 18, 1949, in Pawhuska to the late Ray E. and Lillie Opal (Woodring) Kanatzar. She married the love of her life, Louie Lee Wadsworth in 1963. They were wed in Sedan, Kansas. Carolyn enjoyed watching television, crocheting and shopping. Her greatest love was spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Bobby, a sister, Goldie and a daughter, Sylvia. Survivors include her children, Louie Wadsworth and wife Pam, Kevin Wadsworth and wife Pam, Bobby Wadsworth and wife Lisa, Rayma Nuckolls and husband Mike; sisters, Cassie Harlan and Janie Vidchio; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon March 18, 1949 – December 6, 2024
from 4-6 p.m. at Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Schulter Baptist Church, with Rev. Chet Cottom officiating. Interment will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery. Grandsons will service as casket bearers.
