Kenneth Duane Davis

Kenneth “Ken” Duane Davis passed away in Henryetta on December 6, 2024. He was born in Muskogee on December 17, 1950, to Roy and Elizabeth (Checotah) Davis. He attended the Culinary Arts program at OSUIT. He was a great home baker and was known for making wonderful cakes. Ken was proud of his Muscogee Creek Nation heritage and shared his bead work with many family

and friends. He was also a member of very active in the community of Thlopthlocco Tribal Town.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Elizabeth; brothers Clarence Leon Davis, Roy Lee Davis; sisters Billie June Gardner and Elizabeth Jane Davis.

He is survived by his children Stacie N. Davis, Marcia L. (Davis) Vallecillo, Kenneth (Lil Ken) Davis; sisters Barbara Carmona and Clara Ballard, nieces, Stephanie Carmona and Tina Anecito and Lisa Vasquez.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2024, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Ken’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon-winters. com.
