During their regular meeting Monday, the Okmulgee County Board of Commissioners approved several items, including blanket purchase orders for District 1 with S&H Auto amounting to $1,000 and $400 for fuel for the County Assessor.
Additionally, the board agreed to a private property agreement with John Gouthier for ditch dirt and passed a resolution to direct deposit $30,000 into the Court Clerk’s payroll account.
The transfer of an undisclosed sum of ARPA funds from First National to a Mabrey Bank account was also authorized.
Okmulgee County Emergency Management Director Jeff Moore then delivered his weekly report, highlighting growth in the county’s north end along with even more floodplain-related inquiries.
Moore also urged residents to stay alert during tornado season, warning of potential inclement weather in the upcoming weeks.
