The Biannual Meeting of the Membership of the Okmulgee Community Garden Corporation will be held on Thursday June 27, at the Fairgrounds Meeting Room at 6:30 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to:

1) carry out the general business activity,

2) approve the minutes,

3) receive the financial reports,

4) receive the Executive Director report,

5) receive the Chairman’s report, and

6) elect three new board members.

The Nomination Committee has chosen a slate of four people to run for the board:  Kay Rabbitt-Brower, Dawn Carter, Billy Hannon and Ann Alexander. There will be open nominations from the floor, and vote for three new Board Members.
